Real Food is the Best Food 🍌🍎🥙
Protein shakes & loading up on supplements is not a healthy substitute for real food & pure water. Not energy drinks, not tea, not vitamin shakes, not weird waters. Normalize eating real unprocessed food & drinking actual water for better health. All that other stuff is hard to break up & gets stuck. I've sculpted all kinds of body types & talking to my clients the ones that are the hardest to break up are the ones who swear this stuff helps 🫣 It doesn't. It's actually keeping you stuck! Try eliminating some of these things out of your daily routine, start cooking more meals at home & add more water to your day💧
