Stretching mistakes that might be holding you back (literally).
Let’s fix ‘em:

1️⃣ Holding your breath – This ain’t a plank competition. Breathe, buddy.
2️⃣ Not holding long enough – 5 seconds isn’t a stretch, it’s a tease.
3️⃣ Skipping mobility – Flexibility without mobility is like salsa with no chips. Sad.

A year ago, I probably wouldn’t have said yes to this.

I’ve spent most of my time focused on 1-on-1 sessions — it’s where I started, and honestly, where I’ve felt most at home.

But I don’t talk much about this part of my work… the group sessions.
Like the one at Alta Biltmore.

There’s something powerful about slowing down, moving with intention, and doing it together.

The energy shifts.
People reconnect with themselves — and each other — in a way that’s hard to explain but easy to feel.

I’m learning this work can expand — into rooms, teams, and communities.
And this is me leaning into that.

Here’s me doing the limbo at a wedding—yes, that’s really me, and no, I didn’t need to see a chiropractor afterward! 😂

Why? Because I keep my body moving, stretching, and ready for anything—even wedding shenanigans!

Staying flexible isn’t just about showing off at the gym; it’s about being prepped for moments like this. When the limbo stick comes out, I don’t back down—I bend backwards! 🕺

Why I prioritize flexibility:

1. Range of Motion: More range of motion makes everyday activities (and fun challenges!) easier and safer.

2. Injury Prevention: Because who wants to explain a limbo-induced injury to their doctor?

3. Posture and Balance: Essential for looking smooth on the dance floor and avoiding those embarrassing falls.
