2016 has been a tremendous year. We have had some amazing people join us as residents and as team members over the year. We have also had some people leave us. I am referring to residents.

While that makes us sad because we are left behind, it also makes us happy to know that they have moved on to a much better place. As we all reflect on this past year, I want to encourage you to love the people that are in your life here on earth while they are here. And to celebrate all of the wonderful memories of those that have moved on.

May this past year be a blessing in your memory as you move forward into next year. And may 2017 be a year to remember for all of the wonderful times and experiences that are to come.

MORE CARE: We're not like the big box assisted living institutions. We offer a high ratio of staff to residents. In large facilities, the ratio can be as high as 1 to 15. Our typical ratio of caregivers to residents is 1 to 5, which means more personal care per resident.

At Adagio Gardens our mission is to create and provide a loving, home environment that we would be proud to have our own mom and dad live in. Our home becomes your home, and we invite our residents to be a part of our family.

Our main priority is the care and safety of our residents. We provide 24 hour care including "awake staff" at night with a carefully selected and highly trained team of English speaking care givers certified by the State of Arizona.

Our house manager, Mr. John Dignoti, is a Licensed Practicing Nurse, LPN, and is available for our residents on a daily basis as needed. Having a nurse on staff and a higher then average staff to resident ratio, sets Adagio Gardens apart from other homes in the Phoenix, AZ valley. Our reputation for providing a safe and loving environment with excellent care givers is second to none.
