First up! Acupuncture & Mini Sound Bath.

I LOVE these events. Audrey gets her gongs going and her bowls of varying frequencies. It’s SO SOOTHING. And perfectly paired with a 15-minute auricular (ear) acupuncture treatment. I use the NADA protocol on everyone because it WORKS and it’s easy to use in this setting. NADA was developed for use in treating addiction but is excellent in helping to manage stress and gives the nervous system a “reset.” Acupuncturists Without Borders uses this protocol when they go visit disaster zones to help trauma survivors.
