There’s nothing like a little midweek pick-me-up—especially when it’s queso delicious! Thank you to the Queso Good Quesadilla truck for bringing smiles (and cheesy goodness) to Valley Hospital last week!

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Reaching out for support shows courage, self-awareness and a commitment to your well-being.
You are not alone. You are stronger than you think.
Our Director of Risk Management, Jordan Celeya, recently attended the UHS Facility Risk Management Orientation in Brentwood, TN. Joined by newly hired Facility Risk Managers from across the country, the training focused on patient safety, litigation, risk concepts, and process improvement. We’re proud to see Jordan representing Valley Hospital and further strengthening our commitment to safety and care.

Let’s break the stigma by separating myths from facts because understanding leads to compassion.
A beautiful day on the green for a meaningful cause! ⛳️
Valley Hospital was honored to sponsor and take part in the 13th Annual Bill Brown Memorial Golf Tournament.
All proceeds from this event will support the incredible work of Weldon House at Arizona Women's Recovery Center, helping women and children build brighter futures.
We’re grateful to be part of a community that comes together for such an important mission. Thank you to everyone who joined and supported this cause!

PHP vs. IOP — What’s the Difference?
Understanding the levels of care in mental health treatment is key to finding the right support. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers structured, daytime treatment for individuals requiring intensive support, while our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a more flexible, part-time approach to therapy. Each program is designed to meet different needs on the path to recovery.
