About yesterday…WHEW 💖 My first market experience was an absolute banger 👌🏽 I feel so honored to read tarot for everyone that came to me. And I feel feel so privileged to have my art supported.

It’s come up for me a LOT over the past week - the concept of grounding. Grounding takes us out of the past, Out of the future, and plants us in the present. It’s so easy to get caught in anxieties of what was, worries for the future, leading us to feel insecure in where we are right now.
If you’re in Phoenix, you’ve felt the shift in weather. It’s the perfect time to get out, take advantage of one of our many hiking trails, and practice grounding. This is the simplest practice, just bathing in nature. Lemme know if you need a hiking buddy 💪🏽

If you have the hyperactive or combo type ADHD, are you making sure you get some movement into your day? Tension builds in our muscles, causes physical pain, and takes our mind away from our necessary tasks. This is why we fidget, and can’t sit still. This is why we need to make the time to really connect with mindful movement everyday we can.

Since I got my first round deck, I’ve been hooked on the nuance you just can’t get from rectangles. I can’t go back 😅

I’ve been using this .af.tarot deck, and I’m loving how my small hands can easily shuffle, as well as the ethereal artwork, and beautiful messages from the cards. I’ll share my three favorite cards in a reel soon.
