Meet BAYADA client Louie. At just 18 months old, a brain infection led to his diagnosis of spastic quadriplegia, a form of cerebral palsy that impacts movement in all four limbs.

With the support of BAYADA’s physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, Louie continues to grow, develop new skills, and embrace life to the fullest.

His vibrant personality shines through in everything he loves—customizing his Crocs, expanding his doll collection, and caring for his garden. Earlier this month, we introduced you to BAYADA client Domingo. After a fall earlier this year, he spent nearly three months in rehabilitation. Thanks to the dedicated care from our Newton, MA, and North Boston teams, he was able to return home safely and continue his recovery.

In less than two months with BAYADA, Domingo has made remarkable progress—now able to sit upright on his own and enjoy a burger with a big smile. Moments like this are a powerful reminder of how home care supports both recovery and independence.

We are so proud of Domingo’s progress and grateful to his care team for helping him regain his confidence and quality of life. ❤️

Meet LaMondré, who was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), a rare genetic condition that causes progressive muscle weakness, when he was a toddler. LaMondré has embraced his disability and has lived independently since the age of 23. He co-founded Billion Strong, an empowerment organization for people with disabilities. He is also a life coach and the host of a daily affirmation podcast.

In Lansdale, PA, the community came together to celebrate BAYADA client Patrick — a Vietnam Veteran who bravely served two tours and was awarded four Purple Hearts and a Silver Star.

With the support of his BAYADA volunteer, retired Army Colonel George Cressman, and other BAYADA team members, Patrick was honored with a heartfelt motorcade tribute alongside the Blue Comets, Warrior Watch, and the Hatfield Police Department.

Moments like this reflect the heart of BAYADA: recognizing the sacrifices of those we serve, honoring their stories, and standing with our communities to show gratitude to our nation’s veterans. ❤️

BAYADA client Esteban, his mom, and his dedicated nurse Brenda joined Representative Kanika Brown for a meaningful legislative roundtable in Winston-Salem, NC.

They shared how home care helps clients like Esteban remain safe and supported at home with their families—right where they belong. Rep. Brown listened with compassion, shared her own experiences, and recognized the vital role nurses like Brenda play in caring for medically vulnerable individuals.

This is Ana, our amazing Client Services Manager. Each time we break a record for weekly hours served, we get flowers from David Baiada. Last week, she blew the record out of the water by processing 1715 hours of nursing services provided in the greater Phoenix area.
She and my incredible Clinical Managers, Chris and Kirsten, along with a fabulous team of dedicated and compassionate nurses, make it possible for us to provide more hours of home health nursing to more people who need our help.
I’m so incredibly proud of this team!

PS: Ana just processed our weekly hours and broke the record AGAIN so we’ll be getting flowers next week too! I’ll be sure to include Chris and Kirsten in next week’s picture.

I’m 7 weeks behind on bragging about my fabulous office team! These 3 ladies are really my DREAM TEAM. We’ve been through a lot of ups and downs while we grow our business and help more people in our community. These ladies, along with our incredible crew of fantastic nurses, have helped us break ANOTHER weekly billed hours record. 4 years ago we never thought we’d be providing over 1350 hours per week of nursing services to adults and children in Maricopa county. And here we are, on our 8th billed hours record!

It’s CSM (Client Services Manager) week here at Bayada, and we’ve been busy celebrating our rockstar CSM, Ana Valdez.
If you are one of our nurses or clients, you have probably spoken to her on the phone many times and you can hear the smile in her voice. What you may not know is that she is the hardest working, sweetest, and most talented CSM!
We are so lucky to have her here at the PXP office!
Here she is with our 5th delivery of flowers in the last 5 weeks from our CEO, David Baiada. We get these when we break a record for the number of nursing service hours we provide to our clients.
Don’t mind Ana, she is just over here breaking records and helping more people get the care they need in their homes, all while managing the schedules of all our clients and nurses, doing payroll, training new employees…the list goes on and on!
Happy CSM Week, Ana! We love you!
