I offer sound healing as an optional FREE add-on to any session. It’s usually done at the end to help calm the nervous system and allow your body to fully absorb the work.

Schedule Update + Gift Certificate Reminder

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update regarding my upcoming schedule.

My surgery has been scheduled for the first week of June, which means I’ll be continuing to work and see clients up until the end of May. If you’ve been meaning to get in, now is a great time to book your appointment before I step away for recovery, which has been recommended for 6 weeks.

If you have a gift certificate, I highly recommend redeeming it in the coming weeks. Availability will become more limited as June approaches, and I’d love to make sure you’re able to use it in a timely way. If you’re not able to get in before my surgery, you will be prioritized as I begin taking clients again.

As always, appointments are available by online booking only, and I encourage planning ahead since I tend to fill up quickly.

Thank you all for your continued support—I truly appreciate you.

See you on my table,
Liz

I had all these travel plans for the year…
and then I remembered…
“If you want to make God laugh, tell God your plans.”

Life had other plans for me.
My surgery is now scheduled for June.

I’ll be in Texas late May to see family and friends….I hope to see some of you while I’m there.

i’ll be taking appointments in my office until then. See you soon. 🙏❤️

Part of caring for my studio space is caring for its energy.

Smudging helps me release what’s been left behind and creates a clean, grounded environment for healing.

Smudging is about intention.
It keeps me connected to my roots… and my culture.

Your culture can be medicine.

It lives in your body—
in the way you move, speak, cook, pray, and gather.

What better way to stay grounded and connected than returning to it.

Clear the energy and come back to yourself.

Meet Miguel.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving bodywork from him, and I have to say—he knows how to work through restricted fascia with intention.

Miguel offers a slow, intentional approach with a gentle yet firm touch that helps release fascial adhesions. His calm presence and steady flow create a safe space for the body to truly relax and let go.

There’s something special about his energy…kind, grounded, and strong. He brings both strength and softness to the table.
I left feeling lighter, relieved, and rested… I slept so good after my session.

Miguel will be renting my studio while I’m away, and you’ll also be seeing more of him working alongside me in the future.

Here, I have shared his availability and how to reach him.

Thank you for your continued support. I hope you’ll give him a try!

Just… walk.

An Update!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a quick update regarding my upcoming medical leave.

At this time, my surgery is scheduled for approximately 6–8 weeks from now. I will continue working and seeing clients as usual until then, and my schedule is currently open for booking.

If you’ve been meaning to come in, I recommend booking ahead, as availability may become limited as we get closer.

In the meantime, I’m also preparing the space to continue supporting clients while I’m out. Miguel will be renting my office part-time and offering sessions during select hours.

I am also open to bringing in additional licensed massage therapists to help maintain a consistent flow of care during my leave.

As always, I’m incredibly grateful for your continued support, patience, and trust in my work.

Update ✨

My surgery is still a go — but it won’t be happening for another 6–8 weeks.

I’ll be working and taking clients as usual until then, so if you’ve been needing a session, now is a good time to get in.

I’m also expanding things a bit…

Miguel will be renting my office part-time and offering sessions, and I’m currently open to bringing in more licensed massage therapists to help support the space while I’m out.

Little by little… this is turning into something bigger than just me again.

Thank you for continuing to support my work 🤍

My job is to help your body by opening up space in the fascia.

But the real work is what you do every day.

Daily habits matter:
Movement
Sleep
Hydration
Stretching
Stress management

When all of that is in sync with your massage sessions…
that’s when your body truly starts to change.

Pain shifts.
Your body softens.
Your quality of life improves!

That’s where the healing happens.

YOU are the healer.
I simply hold space for you.
Health it true Wealth

✨ A Beautiful New Addition to Your MFR Session ✨ 🎶

I now have a complete set of Tibetan singing bowls designed to align the chakras.

When played, they produce beautiful healing vibrations that help calm the nervous system and encourage energetic balance. The sound and vibration stimulate areas of the body connected through nerve pathways and meridian systems.

The sound waves travel through the body much like myofascial release works through the fascia—gently encouraging the body to soften, release, and realign.

Singing bowl sound therapy can now be included in any session.

If you feel called to it, just let me know and I’ll incorporate it into your treatment.

Healing the body happens in so many ways.

Appointments are reserved with a 25% booking deposit, applied toward your service.

Because this time is held exclusively for you, the deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or missed.

The remaining balance is paid cash or Zelle at the time of your appointment.
Credit cards are available with a processing fee.

I will also be taking medical leave soon, so appointments will be limited.

I am currently working with an apprentice and may welcome another during this time. My intention is to help fellow massage therapists continue creating meaningful results for clients while I am out of the office, and to begin building a small healing hub where we can work together.

Thank you to the clients who continue to support my work.
