People often ask me how I maintain.
I’m a work in progress, still, possibly always.
Either way, this is another way I move my fascia before high activity and often after! I hope you’re utilizing this amazing approach!

All bodies are welcome on my table.
I make this very clear on my website and I mean it. Every body deserves care, respect, and support exactly as you are today.
Yes, size can affect how your body moves and feels. But what matters more than body size is your MOVEMENT, your stress levels, and your daily habits.
How you care for your body matters more than how your body looks.
Most of us are a work in progress and that’s okay.
If you are trying… if you are moving… if you are showing up for yourself in any small way… that’s what counts.
You put one foot in front of the other, one day at a time.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is function.
The goal is health.
The goal is feeling better in your own body.
There is no shame in body fat.
Bodies change. Life happens. Seasons shift.
The only real concern is when the body stops moving… when stress stays stored… when we disconnect from caring for ourselves.
Movement is medicine.
Progress is personal.
And you are always welcome here.
If you ever find yourself in a place where the conversation stops at your weight , instead of focusing on improving movement, reducing stress, and supporting your wellbeing…it may be time to seek a second opinion.
Find a space that leads with compassion…

Wellness isn’t just for when something hurts…it’s preventative care.

We brush our teeth to prevent cavities. We change our oil to prevent car problems. We replace air filters to keep our AC running smoothly.

Our bodies deserve maintenance too.

Massage and bodywork help reduce tension, improve circulation, support mobility, and keep the body functioning the way it was designed to…before pain becomes the problem.

This Valentine’s Day, give a gift that supports long-term health, balance, and well-being. Because feeling good in your body is one of the greatest forms of love. ❤️ Health IS Wealth!

To provide the quality and care my work requires:
Full-body massages now start at 75 minutes
This allows proper time for intentional, effective bodywork. Thank you for understanding.

Fascia tells the story beneath the surface. Your body doesn’t just respond to pain…
it responds to hydration, movement, stress, and consistency.

Fascia reflects how we live.
When it’s supported, the body moves and feels differently.

This is why my work focuses on slow, intentional myofascial release — not force.

Unannounced visits and ignored signs are not ok with me here at Sobar Massage.

Recently, two men showed up unannounced, and one attempted to open my door despite my Do Not Disturb sign. They left without incident, but it still disrupted two appointments and shifted the energy…two things I did not appreciate.

No walk-ins please. Appointments only.

Thank you for respecting my space, my clients, and my work. Be well.

Unannounced walk-ins and ignored signs are not okay.

Yesterday, two men showed up unannounced. One attempted to open my door, ignoring my Do Not Disturb sign.

In over a decade of massage therapy, I’ve learned I don’t need to center my image to build my business.
I’m not selling myself — I’m selling the results, the relief, and the care my services provide.

TBH, social media can be super toxic, and it’s never been something I’ve aimed to master. When I had 100 followers, I was fully booked. My attention is — and always has been — where it needs to be.

I commit my time to myself.
Stay safe out there, peeps. And remember: I AM FROM TEXAS
