Thank You for 11 Incredible Years!

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support. Helping people manage and relieve soft tissue pain has been an incredibly fulfilling journey—and this summer marks 11 years of bodywork for me!

I am constantly working to deepen my knowledge and sharpen my skills. Stay tuned—new modalities and services are on the horizon as I continue my education to better serve you.

Some things, however, remain the same:
• My greatest purpose in life is raising my children—massage is another calling that I absolutely love.
• I intentionally see no more than 3 to 4 clients a day to ensure each session receives my full presence and care.
• My rates reflect not only over a decade of experience but also the realities of running a small, service-centered business. I’m not able to offer discounts, but I promise each session is delivered with intention and expertise.
• Online booking continues to be the best way to schedule with me—it allows me to manage both my family and my practice efficiently.
