New name and more fun!

This class is all about building "Self-Esteem" in our kids. Life can be hard for kids now a days. There may be issues with families, school, social media, etc... Kids should be allowed to be kids and not worry about what everyone else thinks they should be. And what better way for them to feel good about themselves when hanging out with horses! Horses are great communicators; they know when we are not at our best and they show kindness and compassion to the kids with no judgement or expectations. In this class we will talk about "self-esteem" and what that means and understand that it is ok to feel sad, angry or even upset. Emotions are a big part of "self-esteem". The kids will learn how to reset their nervous system with breathwork and movement exercises. The kids will do a small craft, learn horse safety, how to walk a horse through an obstacle, (as life is full of obstacles and how to maneuver thru those tough times). Then the kids will get to brush and draw on the horses and end the class with feeding Tommy the potbelly pig.

Kids learn about what self-esteem is about, yoga poses for stretching and getting all the wiggles out and interacting with the horses! Horses are so good with kids and the kids learn so much in this class.

Have your kids been to one of our Kids Yoga and Horse classes yet?
Now that summer is gone and the weather is getting nicer the next class is October 26th!
Theme: Self-Esteem
Practicing Yoga and being around horses helps build self-esteem, responsibility, accountability, patience, level-headed, empathy, kindness, better focus and self-discipline.
Classes like these helps prepare kids to face obstacles and challenges in their lives and how to work through them!
