Sure, they might be yummy, and what mama couldnโt use a little extra treat!? ๐
Hereโs my issue with (especially pre-made) lactation cookies, bars, etc.. they are often loaded with unnecessary sugar, carbs, fillers, thickeners, etc. and frequently lack any real nutrition.
Yes! Breastfeeding and pumping require about an extra 500 calories per day!.. AND, Why not make those calories work FOR you and your baby, and not AGAINST you??

Iโve spent quite some time searching many recipes and have found there are some key ingredients that overlap among recipes, so letโs focus on just those BENEFICIAL ones & create some magic!๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ณ โจ
Quick background on me and my experience:
-Iโve spent over a decade as a classically trained professional chef
-Have held multiple certifications in fitness and nutrition for 15 years
-Going to school to be an Ayurvedic Practitioner (after 5 years of self study and healing many maladies.)
-Mama who struggled quite a bit with her milk supply & had tried nearly everything!
With motherhood comes many joys.. and also responsibilities! What we really need is ease, simplicity, and efficiency! ๐ฅ
As a long time chef/foodie, nutritionist, and dedicated mama my food and beverages have to not only be nutrient dense, but they have to TASTE GOOD & BE PRACTICAL!! ๐
