Camelback Pediatrics is a private pediatric practice that has been serving patients for more than 60 years. Our experienced staff of physicians and physician assistants deliver high quality, comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents. Please call our office to schedule a new patient appointment. We accept most commercial insurances. We are not contracted with any Health Exchange or AHCCCS plans, except CMDP. We are aware of the recent changes in vaccine recommendations from the CDC. At Camelback Pediatrics, we continue to align with the American Academy of Pediatrics and other leading pediatric infectious disease experts when it comes to protecting children’s health.

Our recommendations are guided by the best available science and a shared commitment to keeping our patients and community safe. As always, our providers are here to answer questions and have open, respectful conversations with families.

💙 November 14th — World Diabetes Day 💙
Today, our Camelback Pediatrics team wore blue to show support for everyone affected by diabetes. 💉✨

One of our amazing front desk team members was diagnosed with diabetes at just 12 years old. Here’s what she shared about her journey:

🩵 I became a type 1 diabetic at the age of 12! It wasn’t easy at first and I definitely struggled adjusting to a new lifestyle but I had the support of my family, friends and a great endocrinologist that helped me transition. I still indulge in sweet treats and other foods but just have to take an extra precaution on my intake! Living with diabetes isn’t the end of the world, sure it has its ups and downs but I don’t let it define me at all! 🩵

Her strength, positivity, and resilience remind us why spreading awareness and supporting one another matters so much. 💙

We are NOT contracted with any Health Exchange or AHCCCS plans, except CMDP. We are conveniently located in Northeast Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood, which borders Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

Please note: Our practice is closed on all major holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On occasion, we close early the day before or the day after a holiday. We do post our adjusted hours at the front door near the upcoming holiday, and the Answering Service will know our adjusted hours as well.
