We are NOT contracted with any Health Exchange or AHCCCS plans, except CMDP. Please visit our website at http://www.camelbackpediatrics.com/insurance-information to see the most current list of contracted and non-contracted insurances. We are conveniently located in Northeast Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood, which borders Scottsdale and Paradise Valley.

Please note: Our practice is closed on all major holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On occasion, we close early the day before or the day after a holiday. We do post our adjusted hours at the front door near the upcoming holiday, and the Answering Service will know our adjusted hours as well.
