What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and dispatch EMS units for emergent and non-emergent calls
• Communicate with crews, hospitals, and public safety partners

• Accurately document call information and support patient care coordination

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Provide advanced critical care from initial patient contact to facility handoff
✔️ Perform and assist with advanced skills and procedures approved by the Medical Director
✔️ Collaborate with EMS crews, hospital staff, and physicians
✔️ Participate in quality improvement and continuing education
✔️ Maintain RN-level drug inventory and compliance logs
✔️ Serve as a clinical resource and role model on the unit

What We’re Looking For:
▪Minimum 3 years critical care or emergency nursing experience
▪Current RN license (AZ)
▪BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
▪Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
▪Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and meet flight safety standards
▪EMT or Paramedic certification preferred
