My personal experiment.

I took a week away from Social Media scrolling.

Here’s what happened.

My anxiety decreased.

My joy increased.

My sleep improved.

I felt more rested.

I finished 7 books.

I got more loose ends in my business tied up.

I worked out more consistently.

My body composition shifted (I had hit a plateau months ago that I couldn’t seem to break).

So if I don’t respond quickly to messages, just know I’ll work my way back around eventually. 😊. But I’m really enjoying being less “social”.
