My Healing spell Jar...

✨️To help promote oneself on their personal healing journey. ✨️

(Keep in mind that these are just ideas/suggestions, feel free to tweak it to fit your own magickal workings)

What you need:

[ ] Your Intent
[ ] Clean glass jar
[ ] Sage or Palo Santo to cleanse jar and space for magical workings.
[ ] Green & White Candle
[ ] Rice
[ ] Arnica- all over healing
[ ] Cinnamon -healing
[ ] Cloves- all over healing
[ ] Chamomile - healing
[ ] Mother Wort- healing & protection
[ ] Valerian Root- healing & cleansing
[ ] Bay leaf - protection
[ ] 1 drop Lavender oil - healing
[ ] Clear quartz
[ ] Lapis Lazuli
[ ] Carnelian

Steps:
1. Set your intentions
2. Cleans Jar with smoke of sage or Palo Santo.
3. Begin to add each item to your Jar. Think about what each item means to you for your healing journey as you place in Jar.
4. When all is put together, sit and meditate for a few moments. Think about the healing journey you seek.
5. Seal your bottle with the wax from your green and white candles.
6. Speak your intentions out loud to set in motion and allow candles to burn completely out (mind your candle as fire safety is most important)
