What is your cancellation or appointment policy? We have an answer!
"At Onofray Physical Therapy, we are passionate about goal setting. We know that your recovery will be most successful when we work together. Our unique and individualized service is designed to optimize your success while minimizing setbacks and regressions. Keeping all your scheduled appointments is critical to your overall recovery, but also, the speed with which you will be able to return to your activities and passions. We expect all patients to provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel their appointment. Unforeseen events do happen; one late cancellation is allowed during your episode of care. Future late cancellations will incur charges payable on the day of your next treatment.
