We are delighted to welcome Sionainn Asteri to Kinesphere. Sionainn is a GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® trainer and somatic practitioner. Last night we were fortunate to host Jennifer Gianni who is promoting her newly published book, A Movement Educator’s Guide to Pregnancy and Childbirth. She shared fascinating facts, great visuals and accessible exercises for working with pregnant clients. AND, we gathered with other curious movement pros from our local community. We all left inspired—and awed.

We are so proud to be a GYROTONIC Expansion System® educational affiliate offering all phases of Level 1 GYROTONIC® training, as well as continuing education courses. Our studio owner Dominika Gaines has been practicing the GYROTONIC® method for almost 30 years, and in 2026 will celebrate 20 years as a GYROTONIC® Master Trainer!

This past weekend Dominika coached Ceriah and Lori through the Level 1 material to prepare for their teaching the GYROTONIC® Pre-Training, an essential component of the certification process. If you’re in Utah or Kansas, look them up! ®

Happy New Year 2025! Kinesphere hosted dear friend and colleague Donna Place for the GYROTONIC Level 2 Format 2 FTT. We have been blessed to work through this material with this group since 2024, and this was our culminating event. Thanks to these wonderful women who shared the journey with our own in-house Specialized Master Trainer, Dominika Gaines.

When the studio is cleared of equipment, it can only mean one thing: a GYROKINESIS® teacher training!

This weekend we are thrilled to be hosting our fabulous colleague Specialized Master Trainer Alicia Head for Cardiovascular Breathing Program 1. This program was originally developed by Juliu Horvath during the pandemic as a response to COVID and other respiratory ailments.

Studio Owner/Visionary Dominika Gaines will be joined by other AZ-based trainers (and TX) for continuing education and rejuvenation.
