After decades of working with the Luna/Grandmother Moon, acknowledging her light her power, how her power can move emotions in all the seas and oceans of the world. Yes,  I believe all waters carry emotions, including our personal sacred bodies.

 The mystical moon has always brought a romantic feeling.  At times the moon can also be overwhelming, making us all very emotional. Most healers and spiritually mindful people do moon rituals or moon baths.
 In 2005 I wrote a full moon invocation (5th photo). In 2024, I became an author for my invocation in “REIKI Meditations, Invocations,&Prayers” By Ann Cabano.  I realize it’s time for me to do my own medicine and read my full moon invocation for at least three days during the full moon. Once again!

Hopefully, she will have mercy on me and bring me slumber tonight. I will soak in hot lavender and Epson salts read my invocation before my prayers.
 There are several reasons why so many people are having bad dreams,  and having trouble going to sleep. Especially with Global Susto( fear as a collective due to global uncertainty) However,  don’t give up. We need to keep doing everything we can to keep our sanity. Cover your bases  for your well-being; mind, body and spirit. If certain things don’t work well alternate, modify but keep trying. Don’t give up! You are your own healer. We’re all in this together.
