WALKING
Prevent or manage heart disease, high blood pressure, type two diabetes by walking. If you don’t have an indoor track at a nearby, GYM or Senior Center, march in place in a pace that’s good for you while watching TV.
Recently, my foot started to bother me and I couldn’t walk without pain. I came to the realization that I put a lot of mileage into my tires(shoes). When a part of your foot hurts or your leg, your body will change your gaite which affects your hips.
Invest in another pair of tennis shoes !Walking is important for our health. Even though my new Brooks were expensive the investment for my health is worth it. I feel like I’m walking on clouds now. No foot pain!
