Tiffany is a visionary leader and passionate advocate dedicated to empowering teen survivors of domestic and sexual violence. As the Executive Director of the D.O.V.E.S. Network®, she designed an organization inspired in her experience, personal journey, and trauma-informed principles of overcoming trauma to disrupt the cycle of intergenerational violence. Tiffany's mission is to provide teens and their families with the tools and support they need to heal and thrive through her nonprofit and its core three key pathways: intervention, prevention, and empowerment. Through intervention, there’s facilitated peer support groups that offer a safe space for sharing and healing. In prevention, providing awareness around domestic violence and trauma-informed education to raise awareness and build resilience. Empowerment is rooted on outreach programs that not only inspire but equip teens and their families to reclaim their power and build brighter futures as they daily overcome violence and embrace safety (the acronym of D.O.V.E.S.®).
