At 6 PM we begin with one hour and 20 minutes of therapies to reset your body and soothe your nervous system:⁠
All Guests will have option of cold plunge & sauna and in addition to 2 of these 3 therapies:

Sunday Sunset Sound Healing at the park. This Sunday 6:30-7:30pm. Adults, kids, all are welcome. Serving my community fills my heart. We will gather at the east end of Anthem park by the lake. Bring a mat or blanket to lay on, and a pillow, blanket, and/or eye mask if you like. There is no fee, however, donations are accepted as an energy exchange.
