From the beginning, the ultimate goal of Spectrum Medical has been to provide the absolute best care possible for our patients. With so many well-trained doctors and respectable medical practices in the Phoenix area, we strive to be a leader in medicine through clinical excellence and a more personal style of care. The medical team at Spectrum Medical is dedicated to helping all patients receive the highest-quality, patient-centered care in an environment where they can feel valued and respected. Your health is our number one goal. We take care of a broad spectrum of medical needs ranging from routine physical examinations to complex medical problems. We will act as your personal coach and give you the best and most current medical information so you can achieve the best health and wellness. In addition to the services the practice provides, the team provides additional outreach and referrals as needed to other LGBTQ+ healthcare providers in the Valley of the Sun. The practice welcomes the opportunity to care for new patients and accepts most major medical insurance plans, as well as offering affordable cash pay prices.

Spectrum Medical is proud to introduce Mark Moeremans as our new Chief Executive Officer. A mission-driven leader. Mark brings both lived experience and a career dedicated to social impact to this role.

Mark’s background blends strong business acumen with strategic management expertise, enabling him to build sustainable, high-performing organizations that break down barriers to care and foster pride among patients and staff alike. At Spectrum, he will continue our 27-year legacy of excellence by championing a culture of inclusivity and cultural competency—ensuring care that is comprehensive and truly responsive to the unique needs of LGBTQ+ and HIV communities.

Our Story

Serving the LGBTQ+ Community and more, your health is our number one goal. We take care of a broad spectrum of medical needs ranging from HIV treatment and prevention with PrEP and PEP services. We can address routine physical examinations, PrEP/PEP Navigation with medical services up to complex medical problems. We want you to feel comfortable discussing your health in a friendly and caring environment. Dr. Vanig, Judy, Isabel, John and Cynthia all believe that the patients should fully participate in making medical decisions and treatment choices. We have navigators onsite to answer questions, work with copay assistance and patient assistance to make sure you can get and stay on your medication. We will always take time to listen to your concerns. All five of our providers co-mange/coordinate care for all of our patients, making it easier to have access to care no matter which provider is available. We will act as your personal coach and give you the best and most current medical information so you can achieve the best health and wellness.
