In 20 days, we need $6000 to help out patients in Mexico. These patients have gone through their lives without any prosthesis but LFH has the opportunity to help them receive one for the first time. With your donation and support, we can purchase the components to construct a prosthesis for each patient in Mexico to have the ability to walk. Some custom work we recently did for a longtime patient of ours. 🦿🦿

Melanie is a huge animal lover and she has several dogs of her own, which is why she has dogs on one of her prosthetics.
- Fun Fact: She actually owns that particular breed of dog 🐕

She just simply loves animals, including wolves and horses featured on the other one!

Melanie is a bilateral amputee meaning she’s missing both of her legs below the knee and it was our pleasure to create these custom pieces that reflected her passion for animals.

Back in January we asked our patient Matthew, "what are you excited to now that you have your prosthesis?"

He responded with, "Honestly, I just want to get back on my dirt bike and go riding again. I know that sounds crazy because that’s how I lost my leg but you know, once you get kicked off the horse you can’t stay off of it. You gotta get back on it" and last month he did just that. 🦿

We are always so inspired by our patients here at The Limb Center and want to remind you all that you CAN reach your goals and we're here to support you through your entire journey.
