This year at La Siena, "Tour de Zest" wrapped up with a celebratory toast to our resident athletes! For one full week, we moved with intention as we pedaled, swam, stretched, and lifted while following the Tour de France. is easy to celebrate when friendship is already on the calendar every day! This first pic shows Jan and Diane who met at new-resident orientation, found a shared sense of humor, and never looked back. They are proof that a hallway hello can turn into something so strong at La Siena. 🩷

Other friendships have formed, and grown into much more– a few happy La Siena couples are pictured here too! And we can't let the day go by without highlighting our Men’s Group, who meet three times per month: dinner in the dining room, a fascinating discussion circle, and a lunch outing at whichever local spot wins the vote.
