I've noticed through many of my Facebook friends' posts that several people are seeking advice on topics like building self-love, coping with loss, managing life's stresses, navigating heartbreak after a relationship or marriage ends, dealing with custody challenges, and much more.

My book, “Life’s A Creative Adventure,” offers a range of creative insights, healing practices, and has received positive feedback from others who are pursuing personal transformation.

I wrote this book with you in mind because I understand how difficult it can be to feel happy, loved, and respected, and just how tough life can get. Often, it's our limiting beliefs—formed during childhood—that make self-love and happiness seem out of reach.

The book is designed to make complex spiritual ideas simple, sharing the journey I undertook toward self-discovery and showing how I freed myself from others’ expectations.

Today, I choose to give permission to God and the universe, to open my heart, even a little more. I trust the universe to help me in a loving way. I ask for my heart to be open even more, because I am aware that there is no end to how open my heart can be. There is no end to my ability to receive love, be love and to give love. I also ask and create this, because I am aware I cannot give what I don’t have. I desire to give myself this gift, so the ripple effect in doing so, has a greater effect on the whole, meaning, all of us. Many years ago, when I was contemplating the oneness and what that meant to me, I asked my guides to give me a dream so I could better anchor and grow a deeper understanding of the oneness within myself. In the dream, they showed me what they called, the cells of God. To me, the vision looked a lot like a beehive. Each compartment had a liquid of many colors in it and each compartment had its separate reality that affected the realities of all the other compartments, because they were all connected as one large mass.

On August 21, 2024, my wife, Barbara and I went camping up in Payson, Arizona, in a lush green forest. There were a variety of plants, flowers and mushrooms. After setting up our campsite, we ate our lunch. I walked around and saw a partially eaten red mushroom. I wondered to my wife if this is a good mushroom to eat.
