Comprehensive Mobile provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art, in-facility dental, audiology, vision, and podiatry services to meet the needs of the nursing home population. Includes preventative care, diagnostic care, restorative care, dentures, hearing aids, emergency response, resident and staff oral hygiene and hearing aid training, etc.

We are thrilled to shine a light on our June Employee Spotlight of the Month! Please join us in celebrating Alexis Velasco! Alexis is an essential part of our Customer Relations Team. She is committed to providing excellent customer service, and has a calm, respectful approach that has such a positive impact on the facilities, residents, and their families. Her dedication ensures those we work hard to serve are supported, and her commitment to the Comprehensive Mobile mission shines through in every task she takes on. Q: How many years have you been with Comprehensive Mobile?
A: I will be two 2 years with the company on the 26th of this month.

A: Customer Relations Specialist – Texas

Q: Why do you like working at Comprehensive Mobile?
A: I like that I can make a meaningful difference by doing everything in my power to ensure our residents receive the care they need. I also value the opportunity to build strong connections with both facilities and families, which makes the work even more rewarding. Additionally, I appreciate that Comprehensive Mobile provides me with a healthy work-life balance.

Q: Tell us about a specific time you felt you were "doing great things."
A: One moment that stands out is when I was able to help families get their loved ones scheduled for care despite complex barriers. I worked hard to resolve these challenges. The most rewarding part was calling the families to let them know everything was sorted out and that their loved ones would be seen. That’s when I truly felt I was making a difference.

Q: What's one interesting fact about yourself most people don't know?
A: While working here full time, I also help my husband run his mobile food truck, which keeps me very busy! Supporting his business has taught me the true value of teamwork and the importance of stepping up whenever needed.

We're excited that it is time for our April Employee Spotlight of the Month! We'd like to introduce you to Jessica. Jessica is one of the mainstays of the billing department. Her quiet competence is essential to the team. She always has a kind word and is ready to jump in and help resolve complex questions within the team. Her commitment keeps billing up-to-date. Her dedication to the CMC mission is evident in everything she does in her job and in her ability and willingness to share her experience and knowledge with her peers. A: Billing specialist – I enter all the services rendered after each visit and bill their insurances.

Q: Why do you like working at CMC?
A: I love working at CMC because of the meaningful impact we make every day. The culture here is supportive and mission-driven, and I feel genuinely valued as part of a team that’s focused on improving care and outcomes for people who need it most.

A: Any time I can see a patient chart and it mentions how much happier and healthier they are, I feel great to be a small part of the team.

He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure visits happen, even when that means traveling at the last minute. His care and compassion for those we serve shine through in everything he does, embodying the heart of our mission. A: My role is to help providers in caring for elderly patients.

Q: Why do you like working with CMC?
A: CMC is an amazing company to work with, they are responsive and kind. I enjoy helping patients. Overall, I like working with CMC very much.

A: I feel like I am doing great things when I see participants at the centers wearing the glasses that we provide.

We are excited to start 2025 off with a very special Employee Spotlight of the Month, Alison Scott. Alison Scott is a Director of our National Program. Alison is multi-talented and excels at managing and leading. She thoughtfully crafts strategies, plans, implements, and guides them to success. She is a team-player as well as thrives as an independent self-starter. Alison is also thoughtful, focused, compassionate, and mission-driven. We are very grateful for Alison and her dedication and hard work to help us serve our mission!

Q: Why do you like working at CMC?
A: I enjoy working at CMC because of the collaborative spirit within our organization and the collective effort to uplift those we serve. This environment fosters teamwork and innovation, allowing us to make a meaningful impact in the centers we serve.

Q: Tell us about a specific time you felt you were "doing great things."
A: Each time I have the opportunity to engage directly with the centers, I am reminded of the profound impact we are making in the lives of individuals. During one of my visits, I spoke with a participant who had just received her dentures, and hearing about her positive experience with our team reinforced my belief in the importance of our work and the tangible difference we are making in people's lives.

Q: What's one interesting fact about yourself most people don't know?
A: I won first place in my 3rd grade science fair.
