What are we thankful for this week? A $20,000 surprise from Waymo!

Every year, Waymo hosts an employee voting campaign called Waymo Gives Back, where team members vote for their favorite nominated organizations to receive year-end donations in the communities they serve.

We’re thrilled to share that Waymo employees voted for AllThrive 365 and thanks to their generosity, we’ve received a $20,000 donation just in time for Thanksgiving!

Last week, we celebrated Steve Hastings' incredible contributions as he retired after more than 22 years of service with AllThrive 365.

During his tenure as Chief of Real Estate, Steve led the development of 18 affordable housing communities across Arizona—creating homes for 868 individuals and families—and championed programs that built over 200 opportunities for first-time homeownership.

His impact goes far beyond numbers. It lives in the stories of those who found safety and dignity in a place they can call home. To honor his legacy, we dedicated the community room at Acacia Heights, the last apartment community Steve helped build, in his name.

Thank you, Steve, for building more than homes, hope, and new beginnings. Happy retirement!!
