61 pounds down in less than 90 days and only gained 15 pounds of muscle weight back according to the body composition machine. I can't tell you how much easier it is to move around and do things with all the weight off! Imagine carrying around a 50 pound bag of dog food while you shop, drive, and play with your kids. Now put it down and play. You can't outrun your fork. Cut out the CARBs (also know as SUGAR) and the weight falls off. Now pick up and put down heavy things to build your toned skeletal muscle since that's what actually determines your metabolism. That right, toned bigger muscle equals faster metabolism! Oh, and did I mention Sugar makes you hungry 90 minutes later? Ever eat Chinese food and become hungry an hour later? The cause is the Sticky Rice. It's so highly processed that your body accesses all the energy in one massive glob. Up goes the glycemic index, out comes the insulin and it turns off using your fat for energy for up to 3 weeks! Bananas are not "Healthy". Just because something is natural or organic does not mean it's healthy. Things that don't skyrocket your blood sugar are healthy. Next time we'll talk about the DCCT study and how sugar and blood pressure affect you. Someone remind me to do that, okay?
