The sun is a symbol for the light within us. You can connect to this light through yoga. At Surya Yoga, we value the authentic practice yoga. We emphasize meditation, breathing, and connection to the light within in each of our classes. Yoga is, by nature, a very healing and profound practice.

✨️💧We offer 30 regular classes per week for every level and style of practice. If you are new to yoga or new to Surya, we believe our studio is an extremely special place to Practice.
