This 4-part workshop series is a deeper dive into how postures actually work. We'll explore alignment, functional anatomy, and the subtle energetic qualities within each pose.

You’ll learn not just what a posture looks like, but how it works in your body,building awareness, stability, and confidence in your practice.

This series is open to all levels and designed to support you in refining your technique and moving with greater intention.

Each year we gather our beautiful community & head to Costa Rica for a retreat.

This year led by the incredible wise women Jenna Hedstrom and Juli Burdette is shaping up to be life-changing & unforgettable.

Our fundraisers have been incredibly successful and our community is so Supportive and Strong. 🫶✨️
We are funded to serve and we need your help finding the organizations/contacts!
We currently provide yoga and therapeutic services to survivors of trauma through RUTH PLACE and to Vietnam Combat Veterans through PHOENiX VET CENTER. We are providing yoga scholarships for FOSTER TEENS.❤️‍🩹
