I have a background in nursing for over 30 years, but became disenchanted with the western medicine model. I was drawn to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition one year ago and am now a Certified Health Coach and Holistic Practitioner. In basic terms, I want to help women or men who find themselves at a crossroads in life; maybe you're approaching 40 and feel like you've lost your zest for life? Perhaps you have 20 pounds you'd like to lose, or wish you had more energy. I can provide you with the tools to find ways to increase your energy, achieve better physical health and unlock yourself from patterns that have you stuck. On a deeper level, I hope to help women specifically that are dealing with issues that have left them feeling stuck or less than empowered to move forward to being the best they can be. 1 cup (8 oz/ 250 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp gluten-free whole oats
