MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL:
I’ve mentioned for some time that I would be posting a link to my YouTube channel where I’m posting recovery progress from my recent injury. I’m attaching the link to the channel in this post.
There are videos and there are shorts. The shorts are all under one minute and from this point forward, I’m making all of my post shorts.
That said, I’m going backwards in time to fill in some of the gaps because when I started the YouTube channel, I had already undergone a lot of therapy. So now I’m going back and adding this stuff from the accident up until then.
As my channel becomes more defined, I plan to offer motivational and life coaching content.
