Hi, familia. For some years now, I have been on a journey. Gathering stories and guidance from elders and respected “Space Holders” from many different lineages. Documenting their wisdom and learning along the way with the intention of passing it along.

Welcoming all beautiful “Space Holders” to this offering. Excited to finally offer this, on-line, 6 week weekly discussion/workshop series on “How To Hold Space In A Good Way”. (DM with any inquiries. Scholarships and sliding scale always available. I want this to be accessible for all so please reach out! 🙏🏽)

Do you hold space (or are you interested in holding space) through:
* Energy Work (Reiki, Sound, Breathwork, etc….)
* Body Work (Massage, Acupuncture, Cranio Sacral Massage, Cranial Unwinding, Polarity, Reflexology etc….)
* Psychology (Hypnotherapy)
* Yoga / Yoga Nidra
* Doula work (Birth, Death)
* Plant Medicines...and the many other modalities that are in service of others? Would love for you to join us.

We will be discussing many aspects of holding space. What does it mean to hold space safely and what does it mean to keep a “clean container”? How do we hold these spaces responsibly and with humility and compassion? How do we maintain the quality of being a “Hollow Bone”, not depleting our energies and optimizing the energies shared with others in a good way?

We will be covering topics like the value (necessity) of a personal practice and self care, energetic hygiene, energetic transference, strengthening our energetic field, protection, plant and elemental allies, sacred reciprocity, creating a safe container before, during and after our offerings and much more.

Throughout the course you will receive many suggestions on how to hold a container in a good way, energetic strengthening, protection & grounding, as well as words of advice and suggested resources …all from trusted elders and medicine holders.
