We are excited to announce that we are making some changes to reduce paper waste in our office!
Our much loved well-check handouts are getting a makeover. The new condensed handouts will still include your child’s growth measurements and other important info; however further details will be available by QR code.
In the next few months, we will
also be transitioning to sending forms and specialist recommendations by email. In order to help make this transition easier, please make sure we have an email on file with our office. 🌎
