Today is Women's Equality Day, commemorates the 1920 certification of the 19th Amendment, which granted U.S. women the right to vote. The day also serves to acknowledge to gender equality, with organizations and communities hosting events to celebrate progress, discuss challenges, and promote future advancements in women's rights.

NATIONAL NAVAJO CODE TALKERS DAY 

Each year on August 14, National Navajo Code Talkers Day honors the contributions of the Native Americans who brought their unique abilities to the World War II effort. The day also highlights their impact on U.S. code and the Native American language that made it possible.
