Lack of motivation is often misunderstood.
It’s easy to label it as laziness—but that’s rarely the full story.

In my work, I see this all the time:
People feel stuck, unmotivated, or unable to start... and then judge themselves harshly for it.

💬 Here's something I often share with my patients:
