Hello! We are expanding our space and looking to sublet a few of our new offices here. They are approximately 196 sqft and will be fully furnished (office example is pictured below).

We are located in Central Phoenix (3rd St and Indian School Rd). Along with the office, you will have access to a connected garage with free, open parking spaces, and a kitchenette area as well. Currently, we are looking for monthly rent of $450.
