Saturday 4/18/26 No Class, traveling for Jiu-jitsu
Saturday 4/25/26 145pm Yoga, leg lift core work, lower body mobility, push up and dip progressions, bar hangs for time.
Saturday 5/2/26 145pm Yoga, compression lift core work, upper body mobility, pull up and pullover progressions, squat holds with shoulder flexion.
Saturday 5/9/26 145pm Yoga, hollowbody core work, lower body mobility, push up and dip progressions, hip flexor / quad stretches.
