The only way through is through. When i was experiencing breakthroughs in my healing i would feel frustrated and done, i had less and less energy to give. I’m not saying this is everyone’s journey, or the whole journey, but ive seen it and experienced it enough to know, it happens. I’ve recognized this as the parts of me that i hid and were no longer staying hidden. I am not saying to act on the rage or frustration towards others, but part of the healing may be to speak up and tell your truth, or to journal, or do some anger work or let it out in some healthy way. Do you have a friend who can hold the space? An energy healer? No emotion is inherently bad, but they are showing you something within you that is triggered. Just because you heal doesn’t mean you’ll never experience anger, or frustration. But, you will begin to learn what triggers it and how to express yourself. So don’t shame yourself for growth or expressing, find safe containers to help you understand where it’s coming from and spend some time being very honest with yourself, then be kind to yourself. When we’ve been disconnected from our heart for long enough, it can feel like a whirlwind getting back to it. Support yourself and evolve and grow and it will make sense and become clearer.
