John Spooner, co-CEO of Greystone Communities, recently joined us to share with seniors how they can enter this year informed about the long-term value of retirement at Beatitudes Campus.

John shared three key benefits of an entrance fee plan:

1. Lifetime use of campus: You’ll have full access to all the activities and amenities our campus has to offer.
2. Estate preservation: You can be confident knowing your monthly fees will be predictable, and if healthcare is ever needed, it’s provided at a discounted rate.
3. Priority access to high-quality, private long-term care when you need it: It’s “care you know by people that know you.”

At Beatitudes Campus, residents gain certainty, predictability and a self-directed life in a community that best fits them.

Our residents are always eager to learn new things. Recently Dolores Nolan, Community Relations Coordinator with Valley Metro, came to Campus to do a presentation on using the Light Rail & Valley Metro Bus System. After the presentation, residents took a field trip to the new MetroCenter Light Rail stop and learned how to buy tickets and rode the rail to Tempe where they had lunch at Loco Patron before returning to Campus in the afternoon.

Residents are discovering their inner artist at Beatitudes Campus! 🎨 This International Creativity Month, we’re highlighting some of the artistic minds in our community.

Every Sunday, Monday and Friday, residents can join arts & crafts activities, including Color & Chat and Sketch classes. During a recent gathering, residents worked on various projects like sketching, coloring, resurfacing lawn decorations, card making and a popular-to-Beatitudes art form called Zentangle, a form of art that creates unique designs using repetitive patterns and simple line strokes.

Kicking off the year with a creative mindset is the perfect way to spark joy and inspire innovation. How do you like to B CREATIVE in the community? Share your favorite creative outlets or inspirations in the comments.

Leading the way in retirement living

In 1965, Beatitudes Campus began as a unique kind of retirement living community, combining senior living, healthcare and a holistic approach to wellness. Our founders fostered the open, welcoming spirit and vibrant learning of a college campus. Along the way, we expanded to meet the changing preferences of seniors and their families by adding new services, amenities and residential choices.

We’re proud to be an experienced, nationally recognized leader in independent senior living and senior healthcare, and a trusted part of the greater Phoenix community. We’re excited to continue growing and evolving, and we look forward to sharing Beatitudes Campus with you.
