Holly's journey in the industry began after attending a Myofascial Release Healing Seminar, experiencing firsthand the power and transformative nature of therapeutic touch. The seminar ignited a passion within her and guided her decision to pursue education, training and licensing so that she could offer this healing work to others. And that’s where your journey together with Holly will begin: built from the foundation of passion for improving your health, wellness, and mobility. During your sessions, the most proven methods of bodywork modalities, techniques, and philosophies will be utilized to create a treatment plan unique to your needs.. Holly is a graduate of the Arizona School of Massage Therapy and is focusing her continuing education in the John F Barnes’ Approach to Myofascial Release®. She and her husband are longstanding Anthem residents, having been one of the first families to call this wonderful community home.
