I searched for a doctor that would understand what was going on with me and no luck. I was told to take a pill and see if that was going to work. It wasn't really an answer at all. I decided that there had to be something better out there even

if I have to invent it. I didn't invent a medical tricorter, but I listen to my patients, look at there lab work or other tests and try to come up with a comprehensive plan for each patient. Everyone is different with how they respond to stress, insomnia, gut issues, pain, and more. That one size doesn't fit all. Using modalities like IV nutrition, hydrotherapy, PRP injections, trigger point injections, Medical Ma*****na, supplements, bio identical hormone therapy can help bring people to optimal health. How come my insurance won't cover wegovy? It's FDA approved.

I hear this all the time. Insurance is different from the FDA. Just because the FDA approves a medication doesn't mean that the insurance company will automatically start covering it.

It maybe a year or two before it's covered or never. That's up to the insurance company.

Why does wegovy cost so much? It's not the medicine. It's the applicator. According to some people.

Why is it cheaper in Canada or Mexico? Different country. Different laws.

I guess we all knew this was coming. Novo Nordisk, the makers of Wegovy, is starting to sue med spa's, compounding pharmacies, etc. for selling knock off semiglutide.

Novo Nordisk also admitted that some patients may have to be on Wegovy for the rest of their lives to keep the weight off.

I guess we will see what happens next.

1. Don't pressure a child to participate in the family activity. They may feel nervous about being in a large gathering.
2. Don't take offense if they don't want to participate or go to the family gathering.
3. You could try and have a private family celebration.
4. Don't take offense if the private celebration doesn't work out. Remember the kid went through a hell that most adults can't handle either. Give them space to heal.
