Spring Equinox Yin Experience 🌱

Sunday, March 22
5–7pm @ The Foundry Arcadia

Celebrate the transition into spring with a 2-hour immersive yin yoga experience designed to help you release stagnation, create space in the body, and reconnect with your intentions for the season ahead.

The evening includes grounding breathwork, an extended seasonal yin practice focused on mobility and nervous system reset, and guided journaling to support reflection and renewal.

All levels welcome. No experience needed.
