Prep meals or buy from a provider like Beehive Meals. At $25/a meal for 10 it just makes sense. You purchase the largest portion and add a chicken breast if needed, but I have found its not needed and the portion is big enough for 10. Becuase most seniors portions are smaller than growing boys.
