We were honored to stand with our community at this year's Rainbows Festival.🌈

This year’s theme, Love Lights the Way, was especially meaningful as we joined the signing of the Respect for Marriage Arizona RMAZ pledge supporting dignity, fairness, and protection for all marriages across our state.

At Prisma Community Care, we believe in showing up, uplifting every voice, and helping build a future where everyone is seen, respected, and cared for. We’re grateful to be part of such a powerful celebration of love, equality, and community. 💛

If you are living with HIV and newly diagnosed, out of care, or don't know where to start, you are not alone. Coming back to care is always an option, and you'll be met with respect, not judgment.

At Prisma, we make staying in care easier. That means flexible scheduling, support with insurance and assistance programs, pharmacy coordination, and honest conversations about what is and isn't working for you.

You don't have to have it all figured out to come back. We will meet you where you are and partner with to build a plan that actually works for you.

National Native HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is a time to honor the strength, resilience, and voices of Native communities. It’s also a reminder of the importance of culturally respectful care, access to resources, and community-led solutions.

Every voice matters when it comes to shaping a healthier future. When communities are heard, care becomes more responsive, inclusive, and impactful.

If you live in Maricopa County, you can take action by sharing your voice through the CHNA survey. Your input helps guide programs and services that better support our local community.
