Tight traps? The problem might be your core.
When your neck does the breathing (your accessory muscles doing the work) + stabilizing, your diaphragm and pelvic floor can’t.
Fix your breath → Fix your tension → Fix your leaks 😉
And it’s important to do more than just stretch your traps… strengthening these muscles specific for your life is essential for keeping them strong. I never did shrugs even though I train olympic lifts… and I wondered why I was missing this aspect of my pull 🤨
