That’s why we offer breastfeeding 101 classes. We help you find what works best for you and your baby.

Our classes are a welcoming space to ask questions and connect with other parents who are figuring it out too.

If you ever feel discomfort while breastfeeding try this:

🍼 Bring your baby close with their tummy to yours
🍼 Support your breast with your hand or a pillow
🍼 Make sure your baby’s mouth covers more than just the ni**le
🍼 Ask a lactation consultant to check for a tongue or lip tie if it still hurts
