This morning as I pulled a Chakra Wisdom Card, I received a message that felt deeply aligned with where I am right now. It spoke about being open to sharing, accepting, communicating, and truly connecting — while staying present in this moment, not the past and not the future. Over the last year, I had to place my business to the side as I moved through personal challenges and focused on my own healing. Now, with clarity and intention, I feel ready to recommit my energy to my work and to the beautiful souls I am meant to serve.
The card also reminded me that a smile, kind words, or a heartfelt hug can uplift someone more than we realize. Offering care and support without rescuing, nurturing relationships with respect, and holding space with love — this is the foundation of the work I do.

🫶🏼 This weekend, I had the opportunity to attend a wonderful Mom’s Group Fall Event here in North Phoenix. It was such a joy connecting with amazing women while sharing stories, laughter, delicious food, and a bit of creativity through art activities. I had the pleasure of offering a soothing essential oil hand treat, allowing a moment of relaxation and self-care.

As a Reiki Worker, I deeply value the energy that flows within and between us—it’s what connects us all. One of the most meaningful messages that came through that night was to allow yourself to feel—whether it’s happiness or sadness—and to offer yourself grace in those moments. Care for yourself, forgive yourself, and honor where you are on your journey. 💜🎃

🌿 A Personal Message from My Heart 🌿

Over the past year, I stepped back from my healing practice to care for something just as sacred—myself. I was moving through the deep pain of divorce and grieving the heartbreaking loss of my youngest brother. In that time, I limited my hours and quietly honored my own healing journey.

I also moved my practice and created a new sacred space in my home—one that feels even more peaceful, grounding, and aligned with the work I do. It’s a space where transformation happens, and I’m so grateful to welcome you into it. 💫

I’m now resuming my healing work with fresh energy, deeper compassion, and a renewed sense of purpose. Though my website is currently down, I’m working with some amazing people to get it back up and running. Thank you for your continued patience and support.
