Thank you to the amazing Chris Patrick for the Awesome pictures of our last Abbey Yoga and Wine event (at least for a while... we'll definitely be back!). Thank you to all who attended and to Gordon Ogden and DJ Klü for the class.

HUGE thanks to Angela Doe Hofrichter, Abbey Yoga and Wine Tasting and Hidden Track Bottle Shop for inviting Klü and I out for your last yoga class at the Abbey before the major renovation begins. The class theme was "Second Chances" and I can now say that everyone who attended this class is happy this beautiful historic building is getting a second chance with an incredible renovation planned.

We’re sending out the Abbey with a bang this Sunday! Only 5 more tickets left for this, the last Abbey Yoga until their down renovations! Gordon and DJ KLÜ are pulling out all the stops!

Update!! We just heard from the abbey and this Sunday will be our last event in at the abbey until renovations have been completed. So if you haven’t made it there, better get on it! Tickets are going fast.

We will be looking for another space to host the Yoga and Wine in though, so keep a look out for that!

Guess what?! It's on! It's on like Donkey Kong! We've got ourselves a new space which as Karma would have it, just so happens to be on the 19th floor of the US Bank building downtown (right across the street from where we were before!)
