Trademark infringement is against the law. Do your homework before you name your business and start creating and paying for websites and social media pages only to have them forcibly removed due to trademark infringement laws. Thanks to the folks at .law for always doing a great job. If this is you 👀 be looking out for a letter requesting you either take down your website and social media pages with the RN” name or risk legal consequences

In my 25 years in nursing I have had this happen so many times. Typical Healthcare in the U.S. is just a business, a money making business that focuses on numbers - Quantity instead of quality. Whether we are talking about MAs, nurses or physicians. Patients suffer for it and most don’t even know it. I often tell people thank God my parents’ daughters are educated and healthcare knowledgeable so we can look out for this type of treatment. I feel for those that don’t have that.
