7 Words of Wisdom from our Physical Therapists:
1. Chronic pain doesn't need to control your life & shouldn’t stop you from activities you love.
2. Age doesn’t have to mean loss of strength, mobility & balance. We’ve all heard “use it or lose it” right?
3. Surgery or medication isn’t always the only or best option for neck & back pain.
4. Exercise can help you avoid falls, stay independent, strengthen bones & even lower your risk for chronic diseases such as diabetes & heart related issues.
5. Staying active and involved in activities you love is good for the brain & the soul. We all need good solid human interaction and to move our bodies.
6. Challenging ourselves keeps us engaged with life whether it’s a golf course or mountain summit we want to conquer or simply kids & grandkids we want to set the example for.
7. Dogs can’t wait for us to get home and grab that leash
