Fat loss on easy mode 💪🏼
Fat loss is going to feel near impossible if all you do is eat high calorie snacky type foods. Yes, you can have them in moderation BUT sticking in your calorie deficit will feel 10x easier if you incorporate lots of high volume foods into your regular diet.
This makes fat loss easier and maintenance effortless!
