Fat loss on easy mode 💪🏼

Fat loss is going to feel near impossible if all you do is eat high calorie snacky type foods. Yes, you can have them in moderation BUT sticking in your calorie deficit will feel 10x easier if you incorporate lots of high volume foods into your regular diet.

This makes fat loss easier and maintenance effortless!

Viral Cadbury Egg Protein Balls for Easter🐣🥚🌸

Recipe:
-1 cup old fashioned oats
-3/4 cup of peanut butter
-1/2 cup honey
-3 scoops of level-1 birthday cake flavored protein powder
-1/4 cup milk
-Dash of salt
-3 servings of chocolate cadbury eggs (smashed up)

Thank you for the recipe ! I modified it ever so slightly but it was delicious!🤤

These were by far my favorite protein balls I’ve ever made! I wasn’t sure how the birthday cake protein would go with the peanut butter and cadbury eggs but it was amazing!

You can not intuitively eat your way to your dream body. If you’ve got 20, 30, 40 pounds to lose, it starts by actually learning about calories, protein, and fiber. You can’t do this without some form of measuring and tracking at least as a temporary tool.

Make intuitive eating the end goal after you’ve hit your body goal!

Intuitive eating is the end destination not the method!

If you lift weights even 3x a week consistently, you’re in the top 13% fitness wise in the US.

Our standards have become very low that those who want to live healthy, work hard, and achieve their goals look extreme.
