This past weekend I was fully immersed in a two day course with and hosted by . This course allowed me to add to my doula tools as a P.A.I.L Advocate - Pregnancy and Infant Loss. This ensures I can support my community to raise awareness and provide support in experiences of pregnancy or infant loss.

The first day of the course I was very much in tears! Biggest thing I loved was the safe space created by the collective and the leadership of and her team. I felt very held and seen as I could deeply process more of my own grief around the subject.

Deep gratitude to everyone who was present. I left forever changed! 🙏🏽🪽💙

I am embarking on this beautiful sacred work with a full heart! A heart that has personally found light through great grief. I invite you to follow along here through learning more of my journey to this unique work of bringing compassion to the end of life stages.

🌻 This date to announce this journey was picked to honor the first woman I held transitional space for…my mom Jane! Today is her birthday 🎂 Thank you to both my parents for my name. Consuelo in English means ‘To Console’. I believe in the synchronicity of this name and how I embody this word. 🙏🏽
